Directions
Drain and reserve the water from the can of garbanzo beans for later use. In food processor blend the garbanzo beans and the rest of the ingredients adding water as necessary to make a smooth, slightly fluid paste. Put in shallow dish. Place tomatoes and onion around edge. Drizzle with olive oil all over.
