Red Wine Vinaigrette 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine or raspberry vinegar 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Toss bread, tomatoes, cheese, basil, and green onions together in a large bowl. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine vinaigrette ingredients. Cover and shake until well mixed. Drizzle vinaigrette over bread salad and toss to coat.
