Directions
In a large skillet, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add beef and pork and brown over medium heat until no longer pink.
Add rosemary, oregano and thyme to skillet along with wine or broth. Scrape browned bits.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste to mixture; simmer for 1 hour. Add water if necessary if it cooks down too much
If to thin throw in handful of Italian breadcrumbs.
Serve with rigatoni, penne or linguine. Some sort of sturdy noodles.
