Directions

In small heatproof bowl, sweat onions and garlic in 1 teaspoon olive oil in the microwave on medium-high for 90 seconds. Set aside. Stir together eggs, worcestershire sauce, mustard, tomato paste, horseradish, salt and pepper. Set aside. Put meat, bread, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley in large bowl. Add onion and egg mixtures. Blend well with hands. Form 1-1/2 to 2 inch balls. In large skillet using medium-high heat, fry in olive oil until well browned on all sides and cooked through.
