Directions
Bloom the dried spices in a bit of olive oil and the maple syrup. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds and maybe again. Let sit for 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Fry a tablespoon to test. Adjust if necessary
Form the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown.
Notes: Made a batch 02/07/18. Darn good as is Probably could stand more maple if we like that flavoring. I used pork butt that wasnt very fatty, maybe 10% so I added pure pork fat I had in freezer.
