Directions

Pound garlic, salt, pepper, ginger and cilantro together. Add oil and mix to smooth paste. Spread mixture over chicken pieces and marinate 1 to 2 hours. Place chicken in roasting pan and bake at 450° 30 to 40 minutes or until done through. Makes 4 servings.
