Directions
Puree kiwis in food processor until smooth. Squeeze juice from limes and add to food processor. Dissolve sugar in water. Add lecithan to hot water sugar mixture and stir. Add to food processor. Mix well. Freeze in ice cream maker. Or...freeze in small bowl. Before serving, let frozen mixture stand 5 minutes. Scrap across top with spoon and pile into goblet. Garnish with lime slices. Makes 4 servings as a dessert or 6 servings as an intermezzo.
