1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 2/3 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon paprika Melt butter in a medium saucepan with a flameproof handle over grill; stir in onion; saute until soft. Stir in juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika; simmer 10 minutes.
