1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon leaf rosemary, crumbled 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Combine oil, lemon juice and rind, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper in a 1 -cup jar with a screw top. Cover jar and shake to blend well; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Marinate chicken, beef or lamb at least 2 hours before grilling time. sauces 02
