Lemon-pineapple Glaze

1 jar (1 lb.) pineapple jam 1 can (6 oz.) apricot nectar 1/2 cup lemon juice 2 teaspoons ground ginger Combine pineapple jam, apricot nectar, lemon juice and ginger in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour into a decanter or 4-cup glass jar with a screw top. Chill at least 2 days.
