Melt butter with oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Remove 2 tablespoons of melted butter mixture; set aside. Add green onion to skillet and saute 2 minutes. Add clam juice, tomato, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil and pepper and simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and continue cooking until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes. Toss linguine with reserved 2 tablespoons butter mixture in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan and toss again. Add 2 cups sauce and toss. Top with remaining sauce. Serve immediately, passing remaining Parmesan separately. pasta 9
