*Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Your Cast Iron Skillet On Burner And Allow It To Get Warm And Pour Enough Of Bacon Drippings In The Cast Iron Skillet Making Sure You Grease The Entire Skillet. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in the Bacon Drippings, Buttermilk and Eggs until just combined. Pour a thin layer of Bacon Drippings in the bottom of a cast iron skillet And All Around The Edges. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil just starts to bubble. Pour the cornbread batter into the Warm bacon Drippings. Bake until the center is firm and lightly browned on top, about 20 minutes.Disappointed ( :
