Malaysian Scallops & Shrimp

Directions

Place scallops and shrimp in large bowl. Combine soy sauce, lime peel and juice, garlic, mustard, oil, green onion and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Pour over scallops and shrimp. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes, stirring often. Prepare grill so coals are hot. Thread 6 large skewers, alternating scallops and shrimp. Brush with marinade. Brush grill with oil. Grill skewers, uncovered, over high heat, turning once, 5 to 8 minutes until scallops are springy to touch and shrimp are pink. Serves 6. fish 28
