Trim lettuce; rinse and dry leaves very well. Tear leaves into small pieces; arrange in salad bowl. Add drained mandarin oranges, diced avocado and pine nuts or walnuts; toss gently. Combine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and wine in jar with screwtop. Shake until combined. To serve, pour dressing over salad. salad 1
