Saute cooked spinach in butter for about 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pack into oven-proof bowl; bake at 325 F until dip is brown and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy! * - If using fresh spinach, steam, drain water and chop. ** - Cook frozen spinach according to directions; drain water.
