Directions
Grill beef to medium rare and set aside. In a skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté onions and pepper to al dente and set aside. In wok, sauté garlic very slowly. When slightly browned add broth and broccoli and steam until crisp-tender. Dissolve cornstarch in broth and stir into wok. Add more broth if necessary. Slice beef thinly and add to wok along with everything else. Serve over the hot rice or noodles.
