In a large bowl, combine beef and sausage. In an oven proof bowl combine onions, garlic and olive oil. Sweat them in microwave for 90 seconds on power level 60. Add to meat mixture. In a large measuring cup measure the ketchup. Add eggs, worsteshire sauce and horseradish. Also add the dry spices to this mixture so they are well distributed. Add to meat mixture. Also add any fresh herbs Soak bread slices with milk. Break up with fingers and add to meat mixture. Using your hands, mix to combine well but do not over-mix. Divide mixture in 6 equal portions, about 21 ounces each. Compact and form into oblong loaves. Make a dent down the length of the top (for the glaze). Bake a total of 60 minutes. First bake in a 450 oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile make glaze. Whisk all ingredients and microwave 2 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, spread glaze on loaves tops and sides. Reduce oven to 350 and bake for another 30 minutes or until meat is about 160 degrees internal temp. Let stand for 10 minutes, then cut into thick slices; or slice after loaf is cool.
