Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pierce meat with fork. Add to marinade. Cover and chill 2 days, stirring occasionally. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Drain meat and thread on skewers. Grill to desired doneness, turning once, about 10 minutes for medium.
