Directions
Mix the onion garlic, along with the spices, salt pepper in a bowl, and then, add to a pan with the heated olive oil. Cook just until onion becomes translucent. Add the juice, water, wine (jerez), and vinegar simmer about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Yields 1/2 cup. Buen Provecho!
