Directions
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken. Add onion; saute until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper, cumin and cinnamon. Return chicken to skillet. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in zucchini. Cover, simmer 7 minutes until chicken is cooked and zucchini tender. Remove chicken to plate; keep warm. Add chick-peas and raisins to skillet. Heat. Spoon some sauce over chicken; pass remainder. Makes 4 servings. chick 1
