Mustard Crumb Chicken Wings With Dip

Preheat oven to hot (400°). Line 15-1/2x10x2x1-inch baking pan with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, paprika, salt and pepper in medium-size brown paper bag. Combine mustard and garlic in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken wings; toss to coat. Transfer several pieces at a time to bag; shake well to coat. Arrange wings in prepared pan. Bake in preheated hot oven (400°) for 30 minutes or until tender, brown and crispy. Serve with the dips.
