Directions
In a 4-cup measuring cup melt chocolate in microwave. Heat on full power for 20 seconds, stop and check. Continue 20 seconds at a time until smooth.
Meanwhile, in food processor, or blender, grind the hazelnuts into a paste, scrapinbg down the edges to fully blend.
Add oil, sugar, cacao, salt, and vanilla and continue to blend., scraping occasionally to ensure it all blends well.
Add melted chocolate to the hazelnut mixture and blend again until smooth.
Pour into a jar or other resealable container and let it cool and thicken. Or use immediately if desired.
