Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, egg and brown sugar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
Pour oat mixture in an 8 x 11.5 inch lightly greased baking dish. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve the mixture warm and top with fresh berries and a splash of milk. Refrigerate the oats and keep on hand for breakfast all week.
