Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in heavy large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add wine and simmer 10 minutes. Strain mulled wine into heatproof glasses or mugs. Garnish with additional cinnamon sticks and serve. DRINKS 14
