Orange Cinnamon Loaf

1 package active dry or compressed yeast 1/4 cup warm water (lukewarm for compressed yeast) 1 cup milk, scalded 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 cup undiluted frozen orange juice, room temperature 1 egg and 2 yolks, well beaten 5 cups flour (about) 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Dissolve yeast in water. Place milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cool. Add orange juice and eggs; mix thoroughly. Add yeast and half of flour and beat until smooth. Add remaining flour gradually and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled. Divide dough in half. Roll each piece into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with half of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll like a jelly roll. Place in greased loaf pans and let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400 F. for 15 minutes; lower heat to 375 degrees F., and bake 30 minutes longer.
