Directions
Combine pasta, zucchini, celery and pimento in bowl. Place olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic salt and egg yolks in blender container. Blend until Smooth. Pour dressing over salad ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. To serve, line salad plates with raddichio or lettuce. Spoon salad onto leaves. Makes 4 servings. salad 20
