5 ripe peaches (about 4 ounces each), pitted and halved 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1-1/2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Combine peaches, sugar, dry milk powder, water and vanilla in blender. Whirl until smooth puree. Pour mixture into ice-cream maker. Make ice cream following manufacturers instructions. Or pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Freeze until firm. Working in two batches, spoon into blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. Serve or return to freezer.
