1/2 cup peach preserves 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce Combine peach preserves, cider vinegar and steak sauce in a small metal saucepan with a flameproof handle. Heat on grill, stirring often, until sauce bubbles; push to side of grill and keep warm. Brush on pork loin, to coat evenly, for last 30 minutes of cooking.
