Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix together flour and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and softened butter, then beat in all the sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add flour mixture and beat until fairly smooth, then add chocolate chips.
Roll into 2 balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten gently with palm.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet until lightly brown on the bottom. Approx. 8-12 mins.
Note: Do Ahead: Form balls and freeze on cookie sheet. When frozen put in ziplock bag and store in freezer. To bake, simply pull out how many cookies you want and defrost on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Bake as normal and enjoy fresh cookies whenever you please!
