Directions

Mix pulp, egg milk; mix, sugar, salt cornstarch. Add persimmon mixture. Fit pastry into pie plate flute edges. Pour in filling. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees bake 50-60 min. longer. Makes one 9 pie.
