Splash fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sweeten with sugar to taste. Mix 1 pint vanilla ice cream, 2 cups Champagne and 1/2 cup chopped peaches in blender until smooth. Bake bananas in their skins at 350°F for 20 minutes. Peel and top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix together strawberries, blueberries, sliced plums and nectarines in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and top with sweet white wine. Bake at 325°F about 20 minutes. Simmer chopped pears and chopped rhubarb in a mixture of red wine, sugar and ground allspice until just tender. Top with yogurt. Melt 3/4 lb. semisweet chocolate with 6 tablespoons butter. Stir in 3 tablespoons Madeira. Use as a fondue sauce for apple slices. Mix raspberry jam with a little Grand Marnier; add sliced peaches. Serve over vanilla ice cream Top goblets of raspberries with a little sparkling wine. Dip strawberries in melted white chocolate; roll in finely chopped walnuts. Chill until firm. Puree a package of frozen raspberries with lime juice and sugar to taste. Spoon sauce over seeded papaya halves. Mix sliced plums, vodka and sugar to taste and chill.
