Reduced Fat Pecan Pie

Directions

IPreheat oven to 3500F. Prepare pie shell. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and egg whites until blended and frothy. Whisk in the corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in pecans and pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 55 minutes or until the mixture is firm in the center. Cool before serving.
