Roasted Garlic and French Bread ?

Directions

Heat oven to 300°F. Carefully remove most of paper-like skin from garlic, leaving just enough to hold bulb together. Place garlic on foil; spray generously with cooking spray. Wrap securely in foil. Bake at 300°F. for 45 to 60 minutes until tender. Cool slightly. Broil bread slices 4 to 6 inches from heat until lightly toasted, 3 to 5 minutes, turning once. To serve, separate garlic cloves; press cloves lightly to squeeze out soft garlic onto bread slices; spread with knife. About 22 slices.
