Sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste on both sides of lamb chops. In glass or ceramic container, stir together remaining ingredients. Add lamb chops; marinate in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Stir occasionally. Broil 4-6 inches from source of heat for 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Brush with marinade, if desired. To grill: Push coals to either side of grill and place drip pan in center. Grill 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Brush with marinade. LAMB 10
