Directions
Beat eggs and set aside. Mix breadcumbs, lemon pepper and crushed red chili pepper in a flat dish, on a sheet of wax paper, aluminum foil or cutting board. Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken wings. Dip wings in the egg to coat, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken wings in the Flat Standard Basket rotating for 45 minutes or until they are crispy and slightly dark. Serves 4.
