Short Ribs and Potatoes for Instant Pot- Marys from Primavera Kitchen

Directions

Set the instant pot to the sauté setting and add olive oil.

Add and brown all sides.10-15 minutes. Stop saute setting.

Add liquids, bay leaves, garlic, thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Stir.

Put peeled and cut potatoes in smaller insert pot. Set right on top of beef.

Lock the lid and set pressure on high for 30 minutes. Quick release and remove pot with potatoes

Add in vegetables.

Pressure cook for 40 minutes. Quick release.

Meanwhile, mash potatoes with butter and milk.

Set meat to saute. Add Wondra flour to simmering liquid and stir quickly with fork until thickened.
