Shrimp Piccata Pasta - Mary's

Directions

Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

Meanwhile, saute garlic in butter/oil. Add white part of onions. Add chicken stock, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, capers and seasoned pepper. Reduce a bit.

Add corn starch slurry and stir, then shrimp, onion tops and cream. Cook just until shrimp turn pink. Taste. Add salt if needed

Add to pasta and toss well
