Smoked Sausage & Salsa

Directions

Heat salsa in crock pot or heavy pan. Meanwhile slice sausage sort of diagonally into bite sized pieces. Add to salsa. The salsa will not cover the sausage at first but it will as it heats. Simmer over very low heat for an hour or more. You want the fat to melt out of the sausage into the salsa. Serve in the salsa in the crock pot or other.

For an Italian theme, use spaghetti sauce in place of salsa
