Directions
Place ham, gherkins, and jalapeƱo in a food processor, and pulse until roughly chopped. Transfer to a large bowl, along with mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, scallions, celery, onion, salt, and pepper; stir until combined. Chill before serving.
