Preheat oven to 325? F. Split the spaghetti squash lengthwise.Remove the seeds and discard. Place the squash, cut side down, in a baking pan. Add water to a depth of 1 inch. Bake the squash until tender, about 20 minutes. Scrape out strands and toss it with the butter, marjoram, salt and pepper. Makes 10 servings. veg 11
