Preheat oven to 225° F. Butter a cookie sheet. In a mixing bowl, beat egg white with cold water until bubbly. Add nuts; mix lightly until evenly coated. In a separate bowl, stir together sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add nuts; toss until nuts are coated with sugar mixture. Arrange nuts evenly over prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. APP116
