Directions
Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour. Heat oil in skillet, brown steak pieces. Placed browned pieces in crockpot. Mix soup mix and water pour over steak in crockpot, add green pepper. Cook on high for 2 hours or until steak is tender. This makes its own gravy, so no thickening necessary.
