Toss dry ingredients in large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients and spices in large measuring cup
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Toss well. Set aside till most liquid is absorbed. If doing night before put in large zip lock bag and refrigerate.
Put in casserole dish. Bake, covered 45 min at 350. Uncover, spray with oil and bake 15 more

Vegetables options: green onions Onion, chopped sauteed Brocolli chopped Mushrooms asparagus -- 1-inch pieces spinach Green pepper, chopped roasted red bell peppers -- peeled sliced artichokes
