Directions
MJF: lower citric and higher malic than original recipe (which was too citric-y). More in line with other recipes.
Add peel of limes to a large container. Add the citric and malic acid and lightly muddle to mix
Let sit for an hour to extract the oils
Juice the limes. Add lime Juice and water to container. With immersion blender, blend until dissolved.
Fine strain and your Super Juice is ready to serve
Keep refrigerated, last 1-2 weeks
