Directions
Grill or saute chicken whole. Set aside. Then chop at the end.
Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Saute garlic, ginger and vegetables in oil, 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch with some pineapple juice or water. Stir into sauce until it thickens.
Chop meat and add to sauce along with vegetables until warmed.
