Place undrained pineapple in blender container. Cover and blend till finely chopped. In medium saucepan stir together pineapple and remaining ingredients. Cook and stir just till mixture boils; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or till sauce reaches desired consistency. Makes 1-2/3 cups.
