Syracuse Salt Potatoes Instant Pot

Directions

Salt to Water Ratio: 2 tablespoons salt to 1 cup water

Put water and salt in instant pot. Dissolve

Place Potatoes in your instant pot.

Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release. Or 2 mins then natural release for 15 mins, then quick.

Drain water. DO NO RINSE

Pour melted butter over potatoes.

Stove Top Method: Mix together Salt and Water and bring to boil. Add Potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, or until soft. Drain and serve.
