Tapioca Pudding - Marys based on Kraft Box

Directions

Whisk a little milk and the egg in saucepan, then rest of milk sugar, tapioca and zest. Let stand 5 min.

Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in fridge. Pudding thickens as it cools.
