Rub inside of large skillet with liquid lecithin. Lightly saute lamb, over medium heat, until cooked through but not browned. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer over low heat, uncovered, until liquid has been absorbed (approximately 15 minutes), stirring frequently. Serves 4 to 6. LAMB 07
