Thai Beef Salad - Mary's

Directions

.Place steak in resealable food storage bag. Combine soy sauce, chile sauce, fish sauce in small bowl; mix well. Reserve half for salad dressing. Pour mixture over flank steak. Close bag securely; turn to coat steak. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.

Preheat grill. Drain steak; discard marinade. Grill to medium rare. Refrigerate immediately.

Assemble salad ingredients. Add olive oil and rice vinegar to marinade

Thinly slice steak across grain. Toss with lime juice, green onions. Serve on lettuce leaves tossed with dressing.
